VisionSync, Inc. (collectively, "we", "us" or the "Company") welcomes you to the best and most economical “paid” online dating site, DollarDating.net dating service and community ("Services"). By accessing the DollarDating.net website or any of our apps or features that may run on the sites of our partners or affiliates or by registering to join the community and participate in the DollarDating.net community, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Use, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively, the "Agreement"), and that you will fulfill and honor the conditions set by this Agreement. The Company will strive to notify all members and participants of all changes.  

To participate on a user and/or member of this site, you must agree to the conditions set within this Agreement. VisionSync, Inc. (the Company) may amend or alter the conditions and terms set within this Agreement at its sole discretion. If you continue to use the features and widgets and participate as a Member on this site, you are agreeing to abide by all the terms and you are agreeing to accept all conditions. If you refuse to honor or abide by the terms set in this agreement, please do not visit or join DollarDating.net or use any of the plurality of services provided on the site.

You agree to allow the Company to transit all notices, including emails, messaging, agreements pertaining to your account and correspondence from other members and updates and newsletters that pertain to DollarDating.net.

You agree to correct your contact information by logging onto your  DollarDating.net account and changing it if you find the information inaccurate or not current.

You agree to allow the Company and DollarDating.net staff to deliver messaging, electronic correspondence and communication to your contact information. You agree to receive this communication when you join the website and community. You may discontinue further communication only by terminating your membership account with written notice and request.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and single to join the DollarDating.net site.  By registering and joining the DollarDating.net site, you acknowledge and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you will abide and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Membership to the Dollar.net site is subscription-based. When you join the site, you will be billed each month for participation to use the services on the site. You will have the option to choose a variety of paying and membership options. .Automatic renewal billing will continue until you or any member cancels the renewal of services with notification that has been acknowledged and confirmed by the Company (VisionSync, Inc)  per DollarDating.net.

DollarDating.net has NO REFUND POLICY regarding membership services. Charges for Membership or Services are final and not refundable under any circumstances. You will receive no refunds even if cancellation of your membership takes place prior to the end of the payment period.

In using the services provided on the site (DollarDating.net) you agree not to:

  • Post obscene, defamatory, racist, offensive, harassing, inaccurate content or initiate communications which could incite or offend our membership base;
  • Provide false identification, impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym, or providing inaccurate information on your profile or while conveying information during messaging or communication with other members;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any information you have obtained through membership of the site;
  • Post or transmit or otherwise make available any content or initiate communication that infringes upon intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights;
  • Upload, post, email, transmit or disseminate material that contains viruses, malware or any computer code, files or programs that could be deleterious to the site or its Members;
  • Transmit mass unsolicited emails (i.e., spamming) to DollarDating.net members;
  • Stalk, harass, or threaten any members on the site;  
  • Use the site or its commensurate services to engage in illegal or unethical actions or purposes..
